  1. We are lucky enough to have G.G. as a counselor for our college, Owensboro Community and Technical College. He touches everyone, students, faculty and staff alike with his care and his concern. He greets everyone with a smile, he never forgets a face or a name, and he makes everyone feel so welcome as soon as they come into the Counseling Office. His interest in the well-being of students goes far beyond just how they are doing in class but how their lives are going as well.

He will be one the of the first people to push students to reach as far as they can go, to never let them use excuses when he knows they can do better; however, he will also be one of the first to reach out a helping hand when they have gone as far as they can. He will defend a student to the bitter end if they find themselves in situations where they have been mistreated and need assistance.

Obviously from reading this wonderful tribute to G.G., he is simply continuing at our college his love of students that you experienced many years ago and we are all so much the better for it. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful experience you had with G.G. with us.

  2. Denise –

I’m so sorry to hear about Michael! Praying for both of you and your family. Would you mind sending me your email address and your mailing address? I’d like to ask you several questions, and would also like to send you a check to help out.

    God Bless,

    Farrel
